As Goole's latest Nexus smartphone have got much attention, more people want to know about Nexus 4' funtion.

FEATURES:
4.7-inch IPS Plus LCD running at 1280×768

1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro chipset, with 2GB of RAM and an Adreno 320 GPU

Comes with either 8GB or 16GB of internal storage

Fully unlocked, and works with just about any GSM carrier’s HSPA data network

NFC

Sports a sealed 2,100 mAh battery

The Nexus 4 is based on LG’s flagship Optimus G smartphone, which was a beastly little machine in its own right — it was one of the quickest smartphones I’ve ever played around with. Suffice it to say that the Nexus 4 is easily capable of keeping up with all of your day-to-day duties (though you may want to keep a charging cable handy just in case). It’s also a very well put together device to boot, as the Nexus 4 has a reassuring heft to it, and the curved glass coating the display makes it a pleasure to poke around on websites and in apps.

The front of the Nexus 4 is made up of a single piece of glass stretching right up to the edges. It's not interrupted by physical buttons or fancy company logos -- it's an unusually minimal design. Whether you like that sort of simplistic style is a matter of taste, but I found the way the glass curves at the edges to meet the chrome effect surround particularly attractive.

Connectivity is good — with one proviso that may or may not be significant depending on where you live and which mobile operator you use. I refer, of course, to LTE support, which is not enabled on the Nexus 4 — despite the presence on the motherboard of a Qualcomm LTE chip (WTR1605L) and an LTE-compliant modem (MDM9615A). What you do get is quad-band GSM/GPRS/EDGE, penta-band 3G (WCDMA/UMTS) and DC-HSPA+ support (up to 42Mbps download). In the UK (where this review was conducted), the recently launched EE (Everything Everywhere, formed from the merger of T-Mobile and Orange) LTE network has limited coverage and is currently experiencing teething troubles, so the lack of LTE support is unlikely to trouble many users. Elsewhere, things may well be different.

Like all high-end smartphones, the Nexus 4 is bristling with sensors — accelerometer, compass, ambient light, gyroscope and barometer. It has more connectivity than a BT Telephone Exchange and even excels in the simple matter of making telephone calls.

Many people have truble in how to convert video files to Nexus 4, here i also use Video Converter for Mac to help me convert video files to Nexus 4.With the Mac video converter , you can freely clip videos, trim videos, adjust video effect, rotate, merge video, set aspect ratio as 16:9, 4:3 or full screen, and so on.

Related Articles:
Video Editor Mac, best video editing software for mac

MTS Converter Mac, how to convert mts files mac

AVI to iMovie, easy convert avi files to imovie

MPG to FCP, convert mpg files to final cut pro

It has the advantage of familiarity and reliability and many people we would want to interview for People2People already have an account. The software we are using for recording the interview to computer (Super Tintin Recorder) comes with an essential "picture in picture" function for the interviewer to appear in, and this is separate from skype's own, so does not reproduce what is on your skype input.
The main problem is what Takako says: the slowness of the skype transition from interviewee to still pictures or video, and the fact that the interviewee has to do it herself, or she will be the small picture in the recording. (The interviewee has to be the big picture)

So ideally we would find a way of the pictures being added by the interviewer side.....

Takako Y:

I'm trying to use this software as just a tool for interviewing.
UStream Producer

Download free(pro version is $199 per an account)

Easy to manage multimedia contents(just a click!)

Share your desktop with your video image

Be able to download a recorded video as a flv

I need more testing with it though, it should be more useful compared with sharing function on skype.

//Takako

I'm very dubious about the Ustream software. As far as I can see, every interviewee would have to spend $199, the download is only a poor quality, not-universally-playable, flv file, whereas Super Tintin gives an avi. and there are horrible adverts on the streaming version. We need an open source version of this software.

Yes - shame about Pamela, but more or less inevitable. The same may soon happen to the one I am using - Supertintin, though hopefully not as they may think 5 minutes is not enough for anyone serious to use, whereas for us it is actually ideal! Corporate projects which start as free usually do not remain so, for obvious reasons. (A recent example would be Spotify). I am currently trying to think of apps that could be made by open source geeks to take as suggestions to the Hacktionlab Barncamp in June. I thought of a skype recorder as a possible realistic project.... It would be great if someone would like to have a go at the spec for that: maybe taking the best features of what is already out there, and keeping it really simple (our constant battle with the open source programmers is over how simple the GUI (interface) has to be).

It allows you to both set the position and the size of the interviewer's picture-in-picture.

For cutting from interview to video or stills, we are using skype's sharing option. The main problem with this is the slowness of the changeover of picture, with some freezing of the talking heads occurring and so forth. We may be able to get quciker at this, or do it more smoothly, with more practice. The important thing is to keep talking, and have no gaps while you wait for pictures!
